mcafee virus scan 6.0 - against klez.h and badtrans.b?

HELP PLEASE.
my computer is infected with the viruses badtrans.b and klez.h. i amTRYING to get rid of them, but the job is proving difficult. i have been told that these worms do not allow proper installation of norton. what about McAfee VirusScan 6.0? will it detect the worms and delete them properly. please help asap, as the worm is spreading and i'd like to contain it...

If you do a search, you can find a fix which will disinfect the virus' or delete the files infected. Then you can install Norton if you like after that. The files are usually just small like a few hundred K or less. I've done this for the Klez virus before. Look for FixKlez or KillKlez or KlezKill, I know that Norton put one out as well as most of the other virus program creators. The larger file that I tried(I tried one from Norman and one from Symantec) also will look for other worms like Nimda and the like, I found it more useful and it was under a meg.
