I just preordered Windows XP Pro from Staples and I got for free an XP tutorial and McAfee Quickclean 2.0, Designed for Windows XP. Is Quickclean or a similar utility like Norton Cleansweep any good? I frankley don't think so. I'd appreciate some feedback. Thanks!

I don't think that Quickclean is as good as Cleansweep. I don't know about XP's Add/Remove programs, but that feature in all previous Windows versions is pathetic compared to Cleansweep when it comes to removing related registry entries. Cleansweep 2002 is very thorough and also removes desktop icons which Add/Remove doesn't even see.

Well I guess you're missing the question. I don't own, and never owned an Uninstall program or something like that. I just happened to get this QuickClean for free, and I'm trying to decide if I should just sell it and make $15 or so, or open it and use it. Thanks for the input mem!
