McAfee firewall BIG problem -- Please help

One of my users somehow corrupted the user/password file of her McAfee Internet Security install so that I cannot now get in under ADMIN. How do I uninstall the app or access the PW file? It is the latest version; 5.0 I believe. I know this is the very thing the package is supposed to protect against and it is doing a D#*@ good job right now. I can't get to any network resources or the internet from her machine unless I can logon as ADMIN and make the appropriate changes.
Any help is appreciated.
