mCable - Enabling the use of cheaper cards?

Might this allow the use of a cheaper graphics card? Thoughts?

It enables antialiasing externally to the graphics card and game settings.

Post processing AA doesn't really take up much processing time on any modern graphics card. The post processing with the mCable looks about as good as SMAA. The good thing about it is that it works with everything. The bad thing about it is that it works with everything. Post process AA outside of gaming is not going to look all that great.
