Some help would be appreciated.
I have a PCB that I designed that uses a Freescale MC9S12NE64.
http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps...ion.jsp?code=WBT_26853&fsrch=1&sr=3&pageNum=1
This part was picked because of the integrated MAC/PHY specifically. I also require at a minimum, two SCI(UART) ports, one SPI port, one ADC module, one I2C port and a few parallel bits. We've been using it for about eight years.
Freescale also has active, MCF52235.

This part covers all those features required. It's 10-year application life is up in 2020. Not too bad.
MAC+PHY is convenient, less board space and less cost.
I've looked at Microchip but none have MAC+PHY.
All the searching I've done show MCU's with MAC w/RMII/MII requiring an external PHY.

Does anyone know of any other products I can look at?

What is your objection for not using a separate phy solution such as for example the LAN8700 ?
I mean, you already designed a pcb. But i doubt you are going to find a pin compatible solution. That means you have to redesign you pcb anyway.

LAN8700 is one of many devices available and I do have to redesign the PCB anyway. The MCF52235 is very close to pin compatible. Same package and only about a dozen pins need moving/changes. (I don't program)
Other than MAC+PHY for convenience, (perhaps it's physiological)
Less board space, I have all interfaces on top side and IC's on bottom side on a small board.
and less cost for assembly and purchase.
If I go with a separate PHY, my options are very large product range.

I read the LAN8700 is a very stable and mature product. And very cheap.
It has been around for a long time. At my work it has been used in different designs a few times and never had any issues with it for as far as i know.

After a meeting, it was decided to go with the MCF52259 and using a LAN8700 or equivalent. It turns out that the freescale tools we have and the license are still good for this uC.
