Crazy PC sells just the heat sink (i.e. w/out a fan); can you use any old fan on this (such as an 80 mm Sunon) without an adapter?
I'd like to use this without the screamin' Delta in order to lower the noise. I'm planning on using it in a 1.33 with minimal overclocking (if at all).
 
Any 80mm by 25mm thick (standard size) fan will fit, and I had bolted up a Sunon to the sample MC462 I have.
