MBP 15" getting hot fast

I've MBP 15" with i5 and 4GB ram, whenever i put in headphone it gets very hot very quick, nothing else gets it hot like it does, not even when everything (except the headphone) is plugged in or nothing is plugged in.

also the LCD hinge is getting very lose (not completely but gotten lose quick)

any advise?

Take it to the Apple store, make sure that you can replicate the problem, they will take it from there.
