MBM5 dashboard has vanished

I'm not sure why... or where it (Motherboard Monitor 5) has gone. But it's gone. When I start up the dashboard, it does not appear on the screen. If I click on the item in the taskbar I can see the 'window pop-up' fly up the upper right of my screen and beyond.

I already tried setting the desktop to maximum resolution and that didn't work.

Any ideas?
