MBM doesnt work

For some reason MBM doent work

I am using winxp pro sp1 plus soltek trn2
after i haveinstaled the software and reboot, i loaded the program and dont see any temperature

the only way i can check my temp is by using sisoftsandra cpu and bios information page, and i dont know wether that is accurate

please help
