MBM Core 0 reading 3.10v on an FIC AD11 / Duron 900?

Does anyone have an idea what the Core 0 reading Motherboard Monitor is giving me could be? My understanding is that is generally the memory voltage, although that should be in the 2.5v range (512MB of Crucial DDR2100 onboard). Wondering if there is some odd power issue, as the computer has been erratically restarting as if it's losing power lately.

Running at board defaults right now with a 101 MHz FSB and a 9x multiplier.

I appreciate any info or guidance on the matter.
