MBAM keeps blocking a certain malicious website

I know the title is misleading since that is it's job. I just started using MBAM, the paid version on my machine recently. I noticed that while browsing the internet, I would get a message saying it has blocked a malicious website showing an IP address. I didn't think much of it but I just noticed that it is the same IP address every time.

The thing is when it blocks this certain IP address, I am just browsing these and other forums, which I visit pretty frequent. I googled the IP address and it is based in Texas. Why does that address keep getting blocked when I am just browsing these forums?
