my 2013 MBA seems to fail at sleeping

If I manually invoke, i believe everything works correctly.

However, if I just leave idle and wait for the sleep, my battery will be dead in about 12 hours time.

My Energy Saver Battery is set to: Sleep display after 2 minutes, Put hard disks to sleep when possible, and Slightly dim the display while on battery power.

Here's the output of pmset; not sure what it should read..
Code:

Are you closing the lid? Closing the lid will put it into a sleep state almost immediately.

I had a problem with my MacBook not sleeping after installing 10.8.4. Some how Internet Connection Sharing got turned on, and that was causing my laptop to stay awake.
