MB upgrade Question and advise

Hi , I have not been keeping up with new hardware like I used to, My wife needs a upgrade badly she has a celeron 366@550 and I want to put win XP on here system but will slow it down way to much she needs more MHz, anyways I have a Epox 8KHA+ in my system would it be worth while for me to go to the new KT400 boards and put my Epox in her system, or just get her ECS SIS MB cheap with a duron? Do the new KT333 and 400 boards have enough performance gain from my epox to make it worth it???

heh just tell her it cant be upgraded and that she can have your system out of your gracious heart.. then tell her that you have to buy a whole new system... christmas/hanukah/etc comes early this year!
