MB shutting down randomly

Ok at the end of things I can think of so looking for some verification before I spend money needlessly on a new MB. System will randomly power off. Just as if I had held down the power button or pulled the cord. Do not believe it is the PS since the lan connection light on my system stays on so it seems power is still getting there. Watching my voltages over a period of time while it is running indicates all voltages in allowable ranges. Disconnected switch after power on and system still died. Will come back up immediately and with no error indications after it shuts down. Not sure where else to check. Any suggestions? Or is the concensus that my MB has a bad switch circuit which is where my thoughts are aiming currently?

Oh yea forgot to mention as best I can tell with my monitor software, I have no temps above 44C. So I figured those were good also. No overclock, on cpu or ram. Voltages standard. Everything pretty much motherboard default.

What kind of motherboard? Does it have a link on when it shuts down perhaps during stress like orthos or prime 95? If so then maybe try another PSU if you can. If it's a good company (Asus ect.) and your motherboard isn't that old you could probably get it repaired or work something else out if you contact them. Try to make sure it's not your PSU though.
