MB or Video Card - Pls advise

I am building a new system; Asus P4s533 w/audio + Lan, ATI 7500 video, 80g IBM HD, cdrw, dvd. Thanks for help earlier I got past a DOA Power supply. I switched it out with my other system and got the fans and drives to work; now I have no Video signal. Changed out the video card with a known good GE2 and still no luck. As I have to mail back the MB to the store (online purchase) is there anything else that I can check or do. TIA for any advise.

Boilerplate-01:
1- Drive data cable on upside down or only on half the pins or shifted a pin or two (usu Floppy or Zip drives).
2- RAM, CPU or AGP video card not seated properly, bent pin.
3- CMOS needs to be cleared.

p.s. I've had to reseat CPUs several times befor they would take. Cheap d&%#n cheap sockets...bh.
