I have never installed a MB before. My current hard drive has all the stuff I need on it.

I am putting in a new Iwill K266 w/ 1.2 athlon. Can I just remove the old board, transfer all the compatible components over and immmediatley boot up with my old hard drive? The manual probably has these answers, but I am about to go buy the MB now.

Or must I install all software and drivers again?

Also, how far can I expect generic PC 133 SDRAM to OC to?

Looked like this forum was the best place for these Q's.

How many HDDs do you have? If you have 2 HDDs what I suggest you to do is to backup what you need on the second HDD, then format and reinstall ur OS. Because since you have ur OS installed with all the drivers and configurations for your mobo now, when you put the HDD on the new mobo the KK266 you mught have conflicts and odd problems. Even more if you have a chipset Intel mobo now.
What I suggest you to do make a backup of the files you need. And reinstall everything.
Dont expect too much from the generic PC133 memory, you might get to a high frequency than 133 Mhz, but might not be stable though.

Good luck!
