MB incompatibility with Case

I am planning on getting the Antec P180 Case and using the ASUS A8n-Premium MB. I have been told that I may have an issue with this set-up because of the Heatpipe on the MB. I heard that the heatpipe will be going down instead of up.

Does anyone have this setup? Are they having problems?
