MB help p35 or x38

Been doing some research and still cannot make up my mind.

Building new system. Not going to overclock.

Looking at the e6850
4gb ddr2 800 crucial ram
msi 8800gts (g92) video card

Trying to decide if I should get the ip35pro or one of the x38's would be better for me.

Mostly going to be used for gaming. I usually update my computer every 2 years.

The ip35pro is on sale at clubit for a decent price (134.00 after rebate)

I'd go with the more mature board, IP35 Pro.

I also suggest the Abit IP35-Pro.

Since as you don't overclock, then getting an X38 board would be a waste of money.
