MB for PC 133 memory

ooh... I might show my ignorance or at least laziness but here goes...I have built 3 comps using 2100 ddr and to me the memory is what kinda made it expensive...so now I want to upgrade the ex-wive's computer and I was thinking PC 133 memory seems to be pretty cheap and I bet for casual use it is just as good as the more expensive DDR so having said that Is there a good low cost time tested MB that could be recommended knowing I want to use the cheaper memory. Adding to all this I would probably throw in an AMD 1600 xp wich is about 40 something ...so as you can tell I want to keep this cheap. Any suggestions

Mmm... ECS K7S5A or K7VMM.

Yeah, the old stalwart ECS K7S5A is a good board for that setup. It has both SDRAM and DDR slots so you can upgrade the memory at a later time.

Another motherboard that is cheap, reputedly stable and has onboard everything is here This biostar looks good, has onboard video, sound, even 10/100 LAN and sells for $62 shipped from newegg.com. It also supports Athlon XP up to 2600+, and DDR ram as well as PC-133. I have heard good things about the Biostar motherboards from a reliability/stability standpoint. They aren't the best enthusiast board, as they don't offer a lot in the way of overclocking options, but for what it sounds like you are looking for, it should work well.
It also comes bundled with Norton Anti Virus, Norton Ghost, and Norton Personal Firewall, some very worthwhile utilities.
