MB for htpc and raid5 use?

hi,

which MB would you recommend for HTPC that has 1 pcie dual tuner OTA and needs HDMI output
with 5 drives - 1 small ssd boot and 4 hdd in RAID5

I know about Intel matrix that part of z77-z97 chipset, but I'm not aware of anything like that on AMD chipsets
I think that 2 cores will be good enough
I don't know which Intel or AMD woul be better for such setup?
I don't need extra video card, but on CPU video should be fine for 1080p playback.
