MB for A64 3400+??

What do you suggest on a MB for this CPU and i will be OCing also Corsair DDR400 Value Ram ok with this set up or what ram?
 
I went with the Chaintech VNF3-250 for its overclocking abilities..was the best in oc area in Anands shootout.
I am at 2.76 with my A64 3400.
