all I really want to change is my MB and CPU so my question is:

1. would a new MB fit into my current case? (micron Mini-Tower ATCX)
(New Board: ECS K7S5A SiS® 735 SOCKET A) (Old Board: 440BX)

2. Do a 300W power supply have enough juice to power the SiS® 735 + XP 1500 + GF2?
