MB and Via drivers

Hey all,
Setting up my first 'homemade' computer here. Everything is working fine, just want to tweak a bit. I downloaded the newest via-4-in-1 and Asus board bios (1004?). How do I install these drivers? They came in some sort of strange format. What application do I open them with or do I just point to them from the profile manager?

The 4 in 1's come as an exe, as for the asus bios update i'm not sure, but most bios updates are zip files, once unzip usually contain a batch or exe file.
