Looking for a "budget friendly" basic 1) mATX MB and 2) 2G (total) DDR2 memory preferably from newegg. I will be interested in overclocking...

suggestions from gurus will be greatly appreciated. Also open to used combo is someone has one for a good price.

Asus P5B is a great board - I have a few of 'em around here. The one I used the Pentium D on is NFG though, so I wouldn't offer to sell it to ya. I'd imagine the chip is good but the board died after a few years b/c of voltage issues where it was being used.
