whats the difference in the maze 3 for p4's and the maze 3 for amd's?

sorry bout the double post guys, i typed in the title then hit enter, and i cant seem to delete the other thread.
 
The holes are different for mounting. (That could be construed as a sexual comment, but it isn't)
