With the front wheel taken off, will a mountain bike fit in a Mazda3 sedan trunk?

I know that's a very specific question, but I thought I'd take a shot in the dark :)

TIA

Not sure.....

When I bought my 6i Hatchback I was looking at trunk sizes on the sedans on both the 6 and 3. Kinda' tiny even on the 6. That's why I bought the hatchback....... Tons of room.

I can fit two bikes fairly easily in my accord sans front wheels, but I have to lay down the rear seat.

Does your mountain bike have quick release hubs front and rear? If so, it should fit easily into most car trunks so long as you don't have a ton of other shit in there.

It won't fit without both wheels taken off.

Edit- most cars you cannot fit a bike in without removing both wheels, unless you are talking about a bmx bike or a little kids bike.

However if you had a huge lincoln or something I suppose it might possibly fit with the rear wheel on.
