yea, I would probably put the over-medium to over-well egg on the good toast with mayo... and, I would probably butter the toast first!

*sigh* I really wish people would get it into their heads that fat (including saturated fat) and cholesterol do not cause heart disease.

On a less serious note, egg sandwich with mayo or butter is win.

What about it? You do know that eggs are one of the key ingredients in mayo, right? It also happens to be quite tasty, although in excess it can be a bit gross.
