Depends - but I prefer Mayo over the Miracle Whip...even though Miracle Whip has less fat content than Mayo. 
The main differences between the two then seem to be the additives. Regular mayonnaise is basic and simple with only a few main ingredients. Miracle Whip takes the main recipe of mayo and then complicates it by adding high-fructose corn syrup and sugar, making it sweeter tasting.
Miracle Whip also has less fat content than mayonnaise and is self-labeled as a salad dressing, whereas mayo is considered to be a general condiment.
