I don't know much/anything about this sort of thing, but isn't this sort of thing sometimes part of the initiation for girls into a gang? Thought I saw or read that somewhere .... that girls had a choice of being "sexed-in" or "beat-in" to a gang. So maybe she wasn't exactly unwilling, although indications that she was drugged would suggest that.

IIRC, "beat-in" meant you got the crap kicked out of you by other gang members. "Sexed-in" meant you got gang-banged by the gang.
