A lot of people here have asked about a cheap ISP and I have been using PeoplePC for well over a year now with great service nationwide for $9.95 a month.

Their rates are going up as of June 30th but any existing member or anyone signing up before June 30th will stay at the current rate.

Hows that for decent treatment of customers?
