You spelled it wrong. It's "pwnag3."

If I said "non-cc paypal" sure. But Paypal drawn from a bank account (credit card payments NOT accepted) is a different story.

It's like getting gas at a gas station and missing the sign that is in front of you that says CASH ONLY or DISCOVER NOT ACCEPTED or something like that. Only with my situation, he was REQUIRED to read it.

No it's not like that at all. The gas station has the right to accept whatever forms of payment they choose and so do you. However, with the new rules, IF you decide to accept paypal you MUST take all forms of payment valid to paypal. You can't pick and choose to avoid fees. Likewise, the gas station cannot legally charge extra for your using a credit card. But through a loophole, they can discount for cash.

Yes IT IS exactly like that for me. If you read, you would see that the new rules DID NOT apply to my situation.

Oh my God! A person made a mistake!!!! Seriously, he was just being dumb, but you were being an assh0le. It's bad enough that you got his account locked and then you come here and boast about "owning" him. Does your life feel fulfilled now?

Did everyone miss how much of an ass he was in his email to me? I am generally very nice until someone gets sh!tty towards me first. Also, I was very civil through the process of the Dispute Console, but he flat out lied, saying that I did not give information on how to pay with money order, though I emailed him at two email addresses and gave information over ebay. He also stated that he had no intention of paying for the item at all. The only reason he wants to pay now is to get his account unlocked, not because he is a part of a BINDING CONTRACT. It's like only paying your tickets to get your lisence back.

The whole point of ownage is that his account was locked. It is just an invigorating thing to see. Maybe ownage was too strong of a word. I guess it doesn't live up to your strict standards.
