Maybe someone here knows what to do if I bought a Belkin Wireless Roter 2nd hand - and don't know the password. . .

look for a little 'reset' pin maybe that'll reset everything to default setting

OK THAT did not work - it reset - but still gives a password error when I just click submit (for when a blank pass should work)

a) I'm in the process too - I've got all this area tore apart and I'd like to get done.
b) you have to have access to the router to flash the firmware . .

With the router powered on, press and hold the reset button for exactly
seven seconds, this will restore the router to factory default.

Note: By default the password on the router is left blank, and the
default IP address is 192.168.2.1
