Maybe someone could help me with my Radeon LE

I'm running everything fine on my Radeon LE except for when I try to run 3D games. They still run but my monitor just shows a black screen. It's very odd. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I'm running Windows ME. Could that be the culprit?

I have:

P2 Celeron
433 Mhz
40gb hd
8gb hd
HP Pavillion system..does that help?

The odd thing is that the Radeon Ark Demo runs perfectly fine.

Well as bad as ME is I doubt that's the culprit. Can you give some specs?

Resolution/refresh rate too high? Do you hear sounds from the game? All games? OpenGL? D3D?

I do hear sounds. I ran dxdiag and all three of the direct x functions had problems at full screen tests. I'm almost ready to send this back, but I'll have to pay the %15 restocking fee.

i had the same problem with my quake3 and radeon. Turns out I had to either copy the opengl32.dll from my windows/system directory to my quake3 directory, or delete the copy in my quake3 directory. One or the other, I forgot...
