Thanks for the link. Interesting discussion. Everyone gets so worked up over a few key issues. Some of these subjects (in this case, homosexuality) just get so repressed, that even talking about them or mentioning anything about them is considered taboo. And when that happens, the thing that is no longer discussed becomes shrouded in even more mystery, and this all produces a feedback loop, inducing even more fear (homophobia in this scenario) than is already present in the populace.
Hopefully any of that made sense. 🙂

As I said, people have been given time-outs for comments like this before, let alone a whole thread. He stops short of a personal attack, which I assume is why it hasn't been locked yet... but at the very least the boy needs to be leashed for a bit.
