Maybe it is a deviated septum...but i don't remember ever getting bumped on my nose

How else can a deviated septum occur? So far it seems right on, the right side of my nose is constantly plugged and post nasal drip. But, i don't remember ever having any damage to my nose. What could it be? Or maybe it's not a deviated septum? The strange thing is that i don't remember it being like this a year ago. It used to be fine.

The symptoms:

Blockage of one or both nostrils - GOT THIS
Nasal congestion, sometimes one-sided - GOT THIS
Frequent nosebleeds
Frequent sinus infections
At times, facial pain, headaches, postnasal drip - GOT pnd ALL THE TIME
Noisy breathing during sleep (in infants and young children)

I thought that this was gonna be a thread about a deviated rectum. I am disappointed.
