I was thinking about voting for Badnarik, but all these hasbeen hippies have me leaning back towards Bush.

I want change and all, but voting against a hippy is voting for America. *

Its more likely that they just realize that they arent politicians, and have decided not to shove their opinion in everyones face.

It listed a few, but they pretty much just play at the Hannity Freedom concert and are mostly Country singers.

Hollywood basically blacklisted Mel Gibson after he announced he was doing The Passion...that is until they saw how much money it made. Hollywood and the entertainment industry have a huge slant to the left.

If Jessica Simpson said that AOL stinks and that FF > IE, would you believe the opposite solely because of who said it?

man, the list of "republican rockers" suck:

A number of performers have expressed support for Bush, including Reba McIntyre, Wayne Newton, Pat Boone, Alice Cooper, Lee Ann Womack, Britney Spears, Kid Rock, Toby Keith, Ricky Scaggs, Brooks and Dunn, Martina McBride, Travis Tritt, Clint Black, Randy Travis and the Gatlin Brothers.

As I said before, Country musicians and those on life support....

Many entertainers have agents/publicists who strongly suggest to keep a low profile...

Unless you're hugely popular & can suffer a hit in sales, etc...

Or you haven't had a hit record in close to a decade....nothing really in jeopardy then.

Or if you're the Dixie Chicks & blurted out something in Europe when you didn't think anyone was paying attention...😱

I love what Alice Cooper said in response to them...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/.../A27098-2004Aug23.html

"If you're listening to a rock star in order to get your information on who to vote for, you're a bigger moron than they are. Why are we rock stars? Because we're morons. We sleep all day, we play music at night and very rarely do we sit around reading the Washington Journal."

Bruce Sprinsteen IS America! 😛

Oh, and FoBot, anyone with Repeal the " 17th Amendment!! " in their sig is a nutcase, just so that you know.

B.L.T. ? I'm hungry...

Q.E.D. is Latin for Quod erat demonstrandum, used at the end of mathematical proofs. My joking way of saying your comment was a full and complete proof. 😉

Oh, that Latin translates roughly to "as demonstrated". So you might give a proof and end it with QED, meaning "proven as demonstrated above".
