I was just listening to diggnation and I was thinking maybe AnandTech should have a podcast anyone else think this would be a good idea?
 
Maybe we should all have MySpace accounts and blog about our nerdiness in our hip and trendy lives.

Anand already did something kind of similar back when AGN was alive and had a hardware show. It was an interesting idea, but overall it was just kind of hard to make interesting. Hardware seems to be something better discussed in depth written rather than spoken.
 
As another person who've dabbled in podcasting, I've decided that it's extremely hard to make listening about hardware/software interesting. It's just too damn boring. 😛

Yep if I knew people would listen (without laughing), then I'd probably offer a podcast.
 
*nods at Ross* Maybe in a few months I'll talk to my university (churns out a huge amount of Canadian radio personalities) about getting one going, but content, content, content! My initial plan was to work out something with Anand, or maybe just NFS4, and provide a basic conversion of the most interesting stories of the week as gleaned from the AT News page. Maybe a 20 minute show every week would be short but substantial enough? Too many podcasts drag out to an hour of mind numbing filler.
