maybe a "buddy list" of forum members?

how about a section in "Today" where it will show a list of "buddy members" that you set it up with, and it will say if they are online or not, give you quick links to send PM, etc.? save several clicks, going to "home" and "who's on" and clicking and searching thru various letters, seeing if folks are online or not. on my slow modem connection at home, thats a pain

and a search funtion for PM's would be sweeter than hell!

Zuni is right! The servers for these forums are pretty much stretched already as they are! Add another feature and the servers could crash easily! I think Zuni will agree with me on this. Knowing how many users there are here the servers ARE stretched... BTW Zuni could you PM me a link to the server setups for AT or AT Forums?!

Yeah true! I will let you alone Zuni! Advice taken on board Ark Aoss.

P.S I rather like to be called by my nickname on the forums, but only a minor thing...

we wern't saying that we wanted it NOW!!! its always good to give suggestions so that they can be considered for future builds 🙂. heck I know how tuff Zuni's job is, I do a bit of it myself and the little bit I do drives me close to insane 😉.

So stop signing your posts "Albert"?

I like to SIGN my name at the end of posts but its just that when being singled out I rather like to be called A2KLAU as most users have done so far. Also, correct me if I am wrong, but most users address eachother by the nickname rather than the name signed at the bottom.
