May I have some PSU recs?

I've decided on most of the components for my new build, but I keep driving myself crazy deciding what PSU to get.

Here's what I want -
Modular cables
about 35A on the 12v rails
Quiet
<$100 (US)

I realize I may be asking the impossible, especially at that price. The PSU is for an E6400 system with 2x1Gb RAM, 1 HD, 1 optical drive, an X1950, and 3 fans. I'm going to OC the E6400, but only to 333fsb to match my PC5300 RAM.

I'm looking at the Enhance EHB-5150 GH, but it doesn't look like it has 30-35A. But I wonder if I'm overestimating my amps. I also plan on keeping this build for about 3+ years, so I know there will be some wear and tear on the PSU. However, I think it's only going to be on 20-40 hrs/wk.

I'm also reluctantly willing to pay over $100. It'll break my penny-pinching heart, but I'll get over it.

The 5150GH has a 12V combined of 36A and is more than enough.
As the Silverstone 500W Element (same unit really) it will have full sleeving and 4 vs 2 SATA connectors.

The highly regarded Corsair HX 520 is built by Seasonic, is semi-modular and will Froogle for a low of $101.
Buy.com has it for $104 with free shipping.

If you want over the top bling, consider the well reviewed Ultra X-Pro 600W. (Reviewed at SPCR)

I put one of these Corsair units in for a friend. Really nice to work with. Very quiet.
