May be Bad Board

I have Asus K8SE DLX, today when I rebooted the pc , I got Bad CMOS Checksum press F1 to reload defaults. The pc was never overcloked , may be the BIOS chip is going bad on it ??.

Or should I RMA the board ??

is that a new mobo? maybe the CMOS battery is dead...

Try flashing the BIOS with the latest BIOS from Asus's website.

i had this just remove battery for 10mins and re place, and re do stuff in bios, shud be fine
