Maxtor WVSET Utility

I can't seem to download the WVSET utility from the Maxtor website HERE. It gives me "Permission Denied. You do not have permission to access this document." I've logged in and all that. My Maxtor has been powercycled over 15 times but the write speed is still slow as hell. Can someone send the WVSET utility to me over email or something?
