Maxtor SATA II Hard drives

Maxtor seems to have some really nice Hard Drives. In particular I am talking about there new 250 and 300GB drives that feature NCQ, a 16MB buffer and SATA II suport. Does any one out there have one? How do you like it? Do you have a compatable SATA II mother board? Basicly id like to hear what people think of this hard drive because i am really considering buying one. Any info would be great. Thanks...
