Maxtor hard drive question

I just got a Maxtor 60 gig drive, 7200 rpm, ATA/133 (model: 6Y060)..........I know they make this drive with both a 2mb buffer and an 8mb buffer. How can I tell which one I have? Thanks

Maxtor doesn't make a 60MB drive with an 8M buffer. The 8M buffer drives come in 80, 120, 160 and 200 MB flavors.

The way to tell those is the last 2 characters in the model # - L0 means 2M buffer, P0 means 8M buffer.
