Maxtor Hard Drive Compatability

I purchased a Maxtor 30GB HD from Ebay. I intended to use it for my PC. However, I noticed that the drive has a picture of the Apple Computer logo on it. Does this mean that it will only work with a Mac, or will it still work with a PC. I would like to know before I open the package, so that I can resell it easier if need be.

The Apple logo simply means the drive is certified to work with Apple's computers (the drive you have is a OEM drive btw)

All modern Apple machines use standard IDE. So yes, the drive will work just fine with your PC.
