Maxtor Atlas 10k III: Errors in Windows 2000

Hello, I am getting the following two errors in the event viewer log:

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 during a paging operation.

and

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\sym_u31.

I ran SCSIMAX on my drive, and it passed all the test. My LSI Logic has the latest drivers and firmware. What do those errors mean?
