I also see what I think is a bug. In myie2 (as in IE6) I have internet options set for www.google.com as my startup and home page. Maxthon will almost do the same, but when I click the home icon, instead of going to google it goes to http:/// So far, I do not know how Maxthon is better at all than the old myie2.

Is there anything else that does tabs? How about Opera, I have not played with that in a long time but I do remember I did not like the user interface at the time.
 
I just wanted to bump this and maybe get a bit more feedback before I install Maxthon. I currently use MyIE2.
 
They changed the control panel and removed a couple features either that or I can't find them. The activate in a new window is missing. Tab control is all over the place instead having it located on one section.

Not sure why the author decided to change so many things.
