maxline III or Seagate with NCQ for home use?

I just use my HDD for normal home use, nothing fancy. I do have my comp running 24/7 though. So is it better to get a maxline III or a seagate 7200.8. Does the 16MB buffer make a big difference in normal home use?
 
has no one got anything to say on whether a 16MB buffer would make the purchase worth it or not? c'mon guys, I need some input.
