Maximze Jpg pictures

I have a CD that has jpg pictures on it. Using Win 98 se. When clicking on the the icon for a picture,
the pictures always comes up as minimized. If I maximize the picture it will stay maximized after it has been closed.

Can some one tell me how to have all of the pictures maximized as they are selected without having to maximized each one manually.
