Maximus Formula boot problems

anyone else experiencing random lock ups during boot?...I'm running everything at stock and I'm using BIOS 0907 and every few times it just hangs on the boot screen right after it detects the memory as being OK...I can use the keyboard to hit the delete key and it shows "Entering BIOS" on the boot screen but it never goes past this screen...I have to hit the Reset key a few times for it to boot up properly

is this a problem with this BIOS or could my voltages be too high?...I have all the voltages set to 'Auto' in the BIOS but according to PC Probe my Vcore is 1.20, NB= 48C (1.36V), SB= 44C (1.07V)

what should I set my NB, SB, CPU and CPU PLL voltages to for optimal performance at stock settings?

I have the same board currently RMA'd and too was having lock-ups during boot. Did you hook up the LCD poster that came with the board and does it show any error? Try to reset CMOS too. Mine was showing error "DET DRAM" when locked up yet ram was fine on my other DFI X38 board.

Auto should be fine if not OCing but depending on your ram it may need more than stock. This board seems real picky about Ram, at least mine was...
