Maximum safe voltage for a Palermo core?

Sempron 2800+ @ 2400MHz running 1.50v. Air cooled, 45c under load. How much voltage is safe to the conservative side?
 
I like to keep my overvolting under 20%, which would be around 1.6v on a Palermo core. When overclocking a system for 24/7 use I try to stay as close to stock (stock +.1v tops) as possible.
